Terms and Policies

Orders ship within 3-4 weeks after date of purchase. Custom and imported orders may take longer to ship. During peak holidays, (i.e. Christmas, Valentine’s and Mother’s Day) please make purchases early to accommodate these busy seasons.

CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Customer may cancel at our website in their Customer Account.

PAYMENT

Forms of payment accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal processing, Cashiers Check/Money Order. We do not accept personal checks. Shipment will not be made until bank clearance- up to 10 days. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF YOUR ORDER. Payments made with Cashiers Check/Money Order must be received within 7 business days from purchase.

SHIPPING

Axum Culture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in the mail. Delivery can take up to two weeks depending on your location. Please contact us with any questions.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Axum Culture will accept returns within 15 days of receipt for exchange only. You will be issued shop credit towards any other merchandise, less shipping charges, or we can alter the piece and return it to you – all you’ll pay is shipping. Items must be returned in original condition and boxed securely with a copy of the sales slip.
